Our home whitening kit is designed to be easy to use while delivering noticeable results. Here’s how to use your kit: Brush Your Teeth: Start by brushing your teeth thoroughly to remove any plaque or food particles. Apply the Gel: Place a small drop of whitening gel into every compartment of the tray for the teeth undergoing treatment. Use half a tube per treatment—one quarter of the gel for the top set of teeth and one quarter for the bottom set. Seven tubes will last you 14 days. Seat the Tray: Carefully seat the tray with the gel around your teeth. Make sure it fits snugly to avoid any leakage. Wipe Away Excess Gel: Use a tissue or a dry, soft brush to remove any excess gel from your mouth. After Treatment: Once the treatment is complete, remove the tray and rinse your mouth with lukewarm water. Softly brush your teeth with your normal toothpaste to clean away any remaining gel. Wait Before Eating or Drinking: It’s important to wait at least 2 hours before you eat, drink, or smoke after each treatment to ensure the gel has time to work effectively.
